Our Mission is to provide a continuum of programs to allow each individual the opportunity to develop skills and greater confidence, living happy, full lives as contributing members to the surrounding community.
Cornerstone, based out of the Oliver Life Skills Center opened in October 2012 on Wesley Glen's Macon campus. Along with our residential residents, this facility allows us to also serve local adults with intellectual-developmental disabilities who attend during the day.
Our mission is to provide a continuum of programs to allow all individuals the opportunity to develop skills and greater confidence, living happy, full lives as contributing members to our surrounding community.
Our program is designed to help individuals with intellectual-developmental disabilities integrate into the community by teaching them how to interact appropriately in various activities and events. We focus on the participant’s interests and personal growth while in the program.
Cornerstone is provided to individuals, as well as groups, who meet eligibility requirements and are approved to receive such services. We are currently accepting applications for our program, and information packets are available for download: Please click here to download an application for our Cornerstone Program or pick one up at the Oliver Life Skills Center.
Cornerstone is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Feel free to contact Mrs. Amy Reagan, our Program Director, for a tour of the facility or if you are interested in our program. Amy can be reached by calling her at 478-471-3711.
